The Urban Bama Cancer Rehabilitation Center is an innovative rehabilitation institution focusing on the chronic management of cancer. Answer: We are a complementary program, not an alternative treatment. Hospital treatment usually involves more confrontational treatment plans with greater side effects. Our institution comprehensively optimizes the patient's living microenvironment, focusing on the chronic management of cancer without any side effects.

4. Who is it suitable for?
Answer: Our primary target demographic: patients in the postoperative rehabilitation period (to prevent recurrence); patients with indolent tumors (such as low-risk prostate cancer); patients who cannot tolerate radiotherapy and chemotherapy due to their physical condition (confirmed by the attending doctor); early, middle, and late-stage patients with independent living ability. We do not accept cases of advanced extensive metastasis causing organ failure or cases requiring emergency treatment.

5. How to prove the effectiveness?
Answer: We use biomarker quantitative evaluation and subjective self-evaluation: changes in the concentration of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA); levels of inflammatory factors (such as IL-6, CRP); fatigue index (FACIT-F scale); pain index.

6. Is there any risk?
Answer: Diet/exercise/flora: low risk (personalized adjustment to prevent metabolic disorders); equipment intervention: medium risk (such as magnetic field regulation requires excluding users with cardiac pacemakers); an informed consent form needs to be signed and a recent physical examination report needs to be submitted before implementation.

Answer: Currently, domestic medical insurance only covers medical acts, but we are cooperating with commercial insurance companies to develop a "cancer chronic disease management insurance", which is expected to cover 30% of the fees.

Answer: Our institution's program is only a supplementary program to hospital treatment. It does not conflict with hospital treatment. Customers can decide whether to continue hospital treatment according to their personal situation. If the condition worsens due to擅自 discontinuing medication, the user shall assume the risk.

Answer: If family members participate in accompanying care, all expenses shall be borne by themselves. Our institution does not provide accommodation and meals.
